The Sullivans Cove American Oak Cask is an exquisite single malt whisky from Sullivan’s Cove, an Australian distillery in Tasmania.

This exquisite bottle is matured in ex-bourbon casks and the water used in blending was drawn from the surrounding rainforests. With this process comes an array of vanilla custard, spice, nougat, and a nutty finish with some essences of dried pineapple.

As a grat example of Australian whisky with its unique blend and unchillfiltered attributes, the Sullivans Cove American Oak Cask received the Double Gold Award at the 2014 San Francisco World Spirits Competition  for the Craft Distiller Whisky category.
