The Naked Grouse has been represented as a mixed malt prepared for some aged millennials and will not be a part of The Famous Grouse family of mixed Scotch whiskies.

It was initially launched in 2011 as a mixed Scotch developed in first-fill Sherry barrels; the Naked Grouse was charged as a smoother, the better expansion to The Famous Grouse more distant family.

Now elements are being reinvented as a standalone brand made from a collection of malt whiskies but without the help of any grain, facilitating a ‘more robust’ essence than its blended ancestor.

Malt whisky stays to rise in popularity with whiskey lovers. However, by altering the blended Scotch to a blended malt, we can use the character and individuality of single malts and make a whisky that stands out from the crowd. 

The bartenders and the Consumers are looking for something more exclusive, which is why they wanted to shift to the brand and change it.

The naked Grouse blended malt 700 ml is oily and smooth, along with the essence of buttered granary toast, cherry compote. On the other hand, it is infused with custard, peaches, and malt. 

The taste of the whiskey is thick and Sherried with a dash of sticky toffee pudding, Victoria sponge, sultanas, raspberry jam, custard, and crème caramel. The finish of the Naked Grouse blended malt 700 ml is Medium; it has amazing elements of oak, cocoa along with the soupcon of the smoke on the very end. 

In addition, It has achieved gold in master blended, standard 2012 the scotch whiskey masters (the spirits business), gold in blended malts 2020 in the challenges of the International spirit, and silver in scotch whiskey- deluxe blend 2013 in International wine & spirit competition.
